Event Description:
I am so very grateful for the community's support of my Annual Holiday Diaper Drive! As another season of giving is upon us; I choose once again to bring attention to an under-served, but still very important need. There are no government subsidies to help purchase the items a parent needs to keep their infant or toddler clean, dry, and healthy. For the next month, donations of diapers, baby wipes, and diaper rash cream will be collected at my district office and will benefit Journey, a local non-profit organization that helps young women and families in need. Residents can also set up deliveries directly to the office online and those deliveries are much appreciated!
