Weekend Reception/Office Admin
Window World of Joliet is an exterior remodeling company in our 15th year of business. We’re getting ready for our busy season by hiring weekend help in our Crest Hill showroom! If you’re customer-focused, outgoing, empathetic, friendly, and comfortable with basic office technology, we’d love to talk.
Summary:
The Office Assistant / Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and receptionist support to our customers, showroom visitors, and our team. This position is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Hours: Saturdays, 9 am to 1 pm. More hours and additional responsibilities may be available depending on the candidate’s availability, skills, and interest.
Pay: Weekly. $18 - $20 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Your most important responsibility is to focus on customer engagement and success. You’ll help our customers get the service they need in an accurate and timely way.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

Greeting visitors and providing information about our business and products in person and on the phone

Preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and other documents

Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings

Performing general office duties, such as copying, scanning, and faxing

Maintaining the showroom, including keeping it clean and organized

Assisting with special projects as needed
Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn and grow in knowledge, skills, and ability.

Experience working in an office setting

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office)
